I do not know whose proposal this is. ALso if it is related to the previous one.
It seem to be from group in the hill and with quincha. It is a very interesting proposal. Please develop it. Do not change it drastically. First floor: Why the bathroom is in the corner when ti wil be better that hte corner is used for the living room because of the possibility of having sunlight in two walls.
Second floor: I ask you to look at the sq. mt. lost in the hallway in the second floor. Also look at how the extension can be made. How that roof will stand. Does the bedroom respond to the standards by the ministry of housing.
