Concepto en Español:

Las olas de Llico pegan perpétuamente la costa creando unas series de ondulaciones naturales en la tierra. La naturaleza del océano es luego filtrado por estas ondulaciones, y entran a las calles del pueblo. Las calles son filtradas radialmente desde el centro comercial hacia distintos puntos del pueblo.

La idea de filtración nos permite crear una densa zona comercial que filtra radialmente una serie de calles rurales y residenciales, con áreas verdes entre si.

Filtration

The ocean's perpetual, tumultuous waves striking the coast, creates a series of natural undulations in the ground. The nature of the ocean is then filtered through these undulations, and into the town streets. The streets are filtered outwards from the commercial district until radiating into distinct points.

The idea of filtration allows for the creation of a dense, commercial zone that filters outwards a series of rural, residential streets, with alternating green spaces.

This is revised master plan that incorporated diagrams.

Reconstruction information:
- requires 24 acres of ground work (includes incline)
- 18 acres of residential, commercial area, road, green/open spaces
- 60 homes (400 sf) in 4000 sf lot.

These are basic diagrams of "Field of Filtration"

The idea is to bring in the intensity of the ocean to the town carefully, but not everything, like a tsunami.

In order to do this, the space must form a shape that filters aspects we don’t need in this town, and let the aspects we need in.

The openness of the town will invite needed aspects of the nature into the town, but intensity will filter unneeded aspects. Intensity of the town will be formed with series of axis, volumes, mass, elevation of the ground.
